Life and health coaching with Angela is like being on a road trip together with a guide at your side, holding the map. You’re in the driver’s seat, you get to choose the music, and together we’ll create a unique wellness roadmap with the next best steps for you and your life, honoring the journey and the destination. 

Coaching is an agreement between us, that may challenge underlying beliefs, and push past comfort zones.

What Coaching is Not

Coaching is not psychotherapy or consulting.
Information shared on this site, and in our sessions is not meant to be a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your mental health professional or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have.

Health coaches and mental health/medical providers may both work with clients with chronic illness, post-operative states, general wellness and self-care issues, and stress.
Both may use interpersonal relationships as a healing modality.
Both may use behavior change strategies and may have similar goals.

Coaching clients are encouraged to have a collaborative team of support including coaches and medical/mental health professionals as needed. I am happy to help you develop your team, and share my referral network.

How it Works

Women’s health coaching typically works best when we agree to journey together for a period of time. Depending on your destination, and the terrain of your route, you get to decide how long we will journey together.

The 1st step is to schedule a free discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit.
Once we agree to the journey, you’ll choose the timeframe:

Coaching Packages:

Choose your travel time: Usually between 3- 9 months in duration.
The first month, our first meeting will be 90 minutes. Then we’ll meet weekly for 45 mins. For the remainder of the journey, we’ll meet every other week for 45 mins each session.

During our time together, we’ll be mapping out each step and breaking down your larger goals.

You are the expert on yourself – so I will follow your lead, and together we will partner to create your personal wellness plan.
